Please fill out the form and send to service@sinosource.biz, or to our fax number of your nearest location: 1-650-697-6669 (CA) or 1-817-381-7831 (TX), to place your engraving order. We will ship and process the order accordingly based on available stock in our inventory. Please note that we DO NOT accept engraving orders through the website or over the phone at this time.
Approval Process
We will ONLY accept approvals for engraving through fax or email via the engraving proof(s) that is sent to you after we receive the initial order. Please sign the given proof when the design is acceptable to your client, and fax or email the signed proof. Make sure to only sign the proof when the design is correct, otherwise this may disrupt the proofing process. Verbal approvals are NOT valid, due to possible miscommunication in processing the correct information.
